Senator James David Cain to Announce
 Major Ethics Reform

(Baton Rouge – LA) Tomorrow at 10 am in the State Capitol Senator James David Cain will make a major announcement concerning ethics reform for the Department of Insurance.

Senator Cain’s plan has been developed with the assistance of a number of state leaders known for their integrity and experience fighting corruption.
