Publicity stunt backfires as Cain campaign ads proven 100% factual
(Baton Rouge, LA) - The ruling today by the 19th Judicial District Court was a clear victory for James David Cain. Jim Donelon was denied his attempt to use threats and legal maneuvering to hide the truth from Louisiana voters.
Jim Donelon realized that when he would be forced to testify under oath concerning his unethical behavior and waste of taxpayers’ money that was outlined in the ad and supported by the Cain response to his lawsuit, he decided to stay away from the 19th JDC Judicial District Court.
According to Cain spokesman Charlie Davis, "This should confirm once and for all that our ads are100% accurate. We have the facts on our side and they were forced to back down from their charges."
Within one hour of being faced with hundreds of pages of evidence from James David Cain to backup each and every claim in the television ads Donelon’s lawyers sought to postpone the hearing of the facts in this case until after the election. Donelon’s attempt to postpone the injunction was denied by the judge and the injunction was dismissed.
Jim Donelon was ordered to appear to appear before the court today and defend his false allegations about James David Cain. However, he decided to disobey the court ordered subpoena and politick in St. Tammany Parish.
